From checkout to your first session
The path every customer follows: receive the licence, prepare the machine, start the software, then adjust it.
Pre-release draft. Final requirements and the exact delivery flow are still being confirmed before the store opens.
1. Receive your access
After checkout the licence is linked to your Discord account. The download and the activation details reach you on the channel tied to that account.
2. Prepare the machine
- Run the installer with administrator rights
- Let the software register the machine identifier on first start
- Restart the game from a clean launch so nothing else is attached to it
3. Load a configuration
- Open the sidebar and pick the feature you want to adjust
- Start from the preset closest to your game and mouse sensitivity
- Save the profile before you enter a match so it survives a restart
4. Tune it to your play
- Change one value at a time and keep a note of the previous one
- Test in a private session before playing normally
- Duplicate a profile per game instead of overwriting a working one
5. If something goes wrong
Open a ticket on the official Discord with your licence reference, the machine identifier and a short description of the behaviour. Support answers there, and a hardware replacement is handled through the same ticket.
