What you need before you start
Everything a VANILLA.AC licence expects from your machine, your account and your setup.
Pre-release draft. Final requirements and the exact delivery flow are still being confirmed before the store opens.
Platform
VANILLA.AC software is built for Windows, 64-bit. Administrator rights are needed the first time the software is started so it can install what it requires.
- Windows 10 or Windows 11, 64-bit
- Administrator rights on the machine running the software
- A stable internet connection for licence validation
Hardware products
Vanilla Hardware runs from a dedicated USB board, so the setup itself is part of the product. Choose the configuration that matches your desk before ordering.
- A free USB port for the supplied board
- Single-PC or Dual-PC configuration decided at checkout
- A second machine and cable for the Dual-PC option
Account and licence
A licence is tied to the machine it is activated on. One machine stays active at a time, and a change of hardware goes through the support desk on Discord.
- Your Discord username, used as the reference for your licence
- An email address for the receipt and licence notices
- The machine identifier (HWID) recorded at first activation
Before the first launch
- Close overlays and tools that hook the same game process
- Keep your graphics driver up to date
- Have your Discord account ready to open a support ticket
